Attachment disorders can develop in young children when their caregivers have problems with emotional attachment with others, according to the American Academy for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. To find out how EMDR therapy can help, we talk with EMDR therapist and consultant-in-training Marcken Volmy, LMHC, LPC, NCC. He discusses attachment disorders in men and how they can break the macho line of thought about therapy.
