We sleep for 1/3rd of our life. That means if someone lives 90 years, they spend 30 years - sleeping.

But many are not so fortunate. Many don't feel good after sleeping. Many have a sleep disorder which doesn't let them get a good night's rest.

So this episode is exactly about that.

I have on my podcast- Dr. Sohil Gala- who is an expert on obstructive sleep apnea - a sleep disorder.

His Instagram handle @the.snore.stopper - is rightly named for that reason.

I had the good fortune of interviewing him on this topic- at his clinic- in Mumbai.

I am excited to put forward our discussion on this topic, how physical and brain health relates to this sleeping disorder and how we can holistically manage this condition.
