Pascal is an Engineer with Master in Aeronautics and Management from reputed institutions.
Pascal has over 30 years of experience working in the rail, Security and Aerospace industry throughout Australia and overseas such France and Egypt. Pascal has been in leadership positions with Sydney Train and Transport for NSW in positions like Head of operational Technology and Executive Director Operational Systems.
Pascal is a people leader and strategic thinker, he has demonstrated ability to set a vision, to shape and influence business outcomes, to articulate an implementation approach, and to inspire his team and the entire organisation. He has also successfully overseen the delivery of a range of high complexity projects which translated the vision into tangible customer-driven benefits.
