After the loss of a loved one, it’s not unusual for an individual to experience a wide range of feelings and emotions. Grief is a completely natural response to loss. It’s the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love is taken away. The more significant the loss, the more intense your grief will be. It’s only human to not want others to see our grief, to feel like we must deal with our grief ourselves or that our grief is too personal to share. But whether we want to admit it or not, we all need some kind of support system to help us when we’re grieving. Learn about some of the benefits of attending a bereavement support group in this week's Changing Lives Podcast.
