In this episode I talk with Angie Liu who is a Qigong practitioner, passionate about Women's Health I'm focusing on chronic issues hormone issues, fertility, and women's cycles. We had a wonderful talk at how she supports Women's Health. We started and finished with 2 mini meditations. I trust you enjoy.

1. We started with a lovely breath meditation for vertical alignment.
2. We discussed Angie’s journey in life, starting with her mum and dad who both did Qigong.
3. Angie had a shoulder injury and wanted to heal it and was looking for the right modality.
4. She discovered Shanghai university and went off on a healing journey.
5. We discussed what Qigong is and how it supports healing.
6. A brief history of Qigong and it being a wellbeing practise.
7. She learned a lot of self-healing techniques.
8. Then met an amazing person who did Qigong and working with fertility.
9. We looked at the difference between Qigong and Tai chi.
10. Angie's journey then focused on Women's Health especially in this modern life and connecting to our femininity.
11. We discussed Qigong and connecting with the womb.
12. We looked at Qigong and a way to rewrite the code to fertility.
13. We discussed how Qigong is medicine for the soul.
Angie shares some tips on fertility and Qigong and how to unwind the nervous system.
1. Claim your space and time.
2. The body does listen, and words have power, choose them wisely.
3. Rewrite your path and be positive.
4. Look at how you talk to your body and notice if it's positive or not.
5. Connecting with the with the womb which is your sovereignty.
6. Do a small exercise connecting with your body and the pathways to communicate with your body.
7. A great affirmation is - I choose to live a vibrant life.
And then we finish with another beautiful mini meditation.
