Sara grew up in Cambodia and was held captive by the Communist Khmer Rouge for four years in a harsh labor camp, starved, exhausted and severely sick. During that time two million people died. She uses her strength, faith and confidence drawn from her experience to share and inspire listeners to overcome fear and anxiety and live a fulfilling life harmoniously on a personal and professional level.
