Death and Birth are inevitabilities. Love is a choice. How can we choose to be more loving of ourselves today, in this moment, and more loving of others because of that love we have given to ourselves. And what is this love we all speak of? It, to me, is about grace and forgiveness of ourselves. Giving oneself space to be human, knowing that life school is our opportunity to humbly learn through our "mistakes" and misgivings. When we are faced with the death of our dearest ones, we get the opportunity to return to the forgiveness and generosity and simplicity of our hearts and of the true meaning of life.
