How do I wanna feel today? I want to feel free. So the related feelings are liberated, unrestrained, wild. The mantra is: freedom is my birthright. If you think about that, just that alone, that sentence alone is so dynamic. I realize I have these beliefs that are like, it has to be earned. It has to be after hard work. It has to be, when you set the foundations, it's a privilege. It's like all these ideas but The Feelings Journal by Amber Rae, is saying it's your birthright. What does that feel like to really sink that into your body? Not only is freedom your birthright, it's the pathway to your purpose.  I can set myself free, yes, it's about being free in our body, but really as we know, freedom is so much a mind game. One of the things I wrote down was caring so much what others think. What if we could set that down? Letting go of people-pleasing. What if we could set that down?  Really that feels like true freedom, after taking a breathwork class, after doing anything that's that deep inner work, to me feels like freedom. It feels like allowed, it feels like permission. It feels like expansion. It feels like relief. It feels like release, trust, expression, movement, emotion, singing. So what does it feel like to you in your body? Does it feel like letting go?
