I was shaking with excitement from this conversation today with Heidi Stevens! I asked Heidi her side of the Cathy Heller story that Cathy tells about being triggered by Heidi’s pause from the coaching world Heidi decided to take. We talked about the deconditioning from our internal pressures and being ok with triggering others. We talked about being a lightworker and visionary and finally about psilocybin mushroom medicine.
Heidi Stevens is a multi passionate creative entrepreneur who, like so many of us, wears many hats. She’s a domestic CEO, a life coach, a spiritual seeker and a master manifestor who holds a masters in spiritual psychology with an emphasis in health, healing and consciousness. Over the last decade she has worked with thousands of women helping them elevate and awaken to their potential through in person retreats, online programs and intimate coaching containers. Through her podcast, Feet on the Grass, she is sharing the magic, beauty and joy of moving at a slower, more intentional pace on the ranch that she is bringing to life in northern San Diego. Heidi believes that we are all spiritual beings having a human experience and the more permission we give ourselves to come home - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually - the happier, healed and aligned we will all be.
