What a chat this was! If it would have been a video recording, you would have seen so much head nodding from me. There was a lot of what Fiona talked about that resonated strongly with me, my life and my values.
Fiona has a strong and passionate belief that we as a society need to change the way in which we understand beauty and what it represents. The conversation was energising and such a reminder of how we should be able to see ourselves - for our strengths, what we bring to the world and how we treat others, instead of the size of our butt or thigh gap.
