Julie Dixon is an example of what makes the Bayside the community it is. I was so pleased to learn from Julie the history of the Shire Cottage, as I was always curious about it. As a volunteer, she is responsible for running the lovely Shire Cottage Markets every second month, and I didn't realise how important they are for the Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre income.
