Birth is a trip. Life is a trip. Ideas are a trip. Emotions are a trip. Music is a trip. Touch is a trip. Food is a trip. Drugs are a trip. Løve is a trip. Lust is a trip. You get the idea. Everything can take us for a ride and that’s great but who is driving and where are we going?
It seems that the reason God, Mystery, The Universe created the world and all the beings involved is to experience itself and better understand what it is. Home means nothing without context. So perhaps we intentionally become lost in order to earn our Home again and to appreciate it with new eyes.
As we hover between the death of the old world and the birth of the new, can we accept the constant invitations to return to our own hearts and connect to the home inside each of us?
