In this episode, we talk about some of the warning signs, behavior, and signals that are commonly used to build trust, manipulate, isolate and abuse others; and the importance of empowering confidence in trauma survivors in order to help reduce the amount of trauma one encounters when they are able to take a role in their own rescue.
