One BIG factor in my own success is my ability to be in empowering places like 1:1 mentorship + masterminds with EXPANSIVE AF humans AND be able to hold my own beliefs, ways of operating + my values.

Here’s a few things I’ve learnt to NOT do ⚡️
❌ hire a coach purely for their strategy. It’s not their strategy that works, it’s how they have consistently mastered what works for THEM. Hire a coach who helps you find what is YOUR way.
❌ not TRUST your own intuition. Your internal guidance is your navigation system for success - I PROMISE. Find a mentor who helps you develop your intuitive skills. Take their strategies through your intuition - if it’s a NO, you should feel empowered to say what’s not working.
❌ putting a mentor or program on a pedestal. A great mentor will offer perspective + help you make empowered choices - not give solutions.

MOST IMPORTANTLY 👑 if they aren’t living the life you want, in alignment with the values YOU have - stop comparing your business to theirs. My business (with 3 kids + a desire for TOTAL time freedom) will look VERY different than a single woman with no kids and has a team of 5 people. Make sense??

If you’re stuck, ask yourself:
• Am I trying to plug myself into multiple power sources to GIVE me what I need to be successful?
• Do I find myself morphing into each different mentor I hire
.
✨ DO THE WORK to create your own POWER SOURCE.
.
Your mentors AMPLIFY this power source - and you can plug in and out as needed. And when you unplug, YOU are still fully charged and self-sourcing. THIS IS EMBODIED LEADERSHIP. .
You are incredible.
You are powerful.
You are capable.
You are masterful.
