Guest Bios: 

Chip Bond is the Senior Director of Strategy at Keurig/Dr. Pepper.  Prior to KDP, Chip worked for Ernst & Young, launched a start-up in Shanghai, and worked for the Boston Consulting Group. He attended the University of Virginia, where he earned a BS in Biology (’09), an MS in Commerce (’10), and an MBA (’15). Outside of work he is an avid runner, rower, and skier, and is passionate about volunteering and coaching youth sports. He is a Dallas native. 

Ana Rodriguez is a business development professional, diversity and inclusion advocate, and organizational strategist. She specializes in workforce diversity, specifically the strategies organizations employ to increase the diversity of their talent pool and the biases that affect the recruitment and retention of diverse leaders. She is the first in her family to attend and graduate college. She has three beautiful daughters and is a proud Dallas native. 

Kamecia Mason is the Vice President of DEI at McCarthy Building Solutions. She began her career with McCarthy as the Director of Diversity and Community Outreach in 2019 for the McCarthy Southern Region. Prior to joining McCarthy, she built a reputation for leadership within the industry focused on enhancing inclusive cultures, community engagement and increasing diversity investments. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and criminal justice from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. She also holds Certified Diversity Executive credentials from the Institute for Diversity.
