As we continue our DEI Communications series, our KEIRUS BY KJE team gets personal, and we share how we practice what we preach. We issued a company statement about Roe V. Wade last year and want to be transparent with our listening audience about how we each processed our beliefs and thoughts individually to create our corporate communication. DEI Communications cannot be individually driven but constituency driven. We allow our audience to listen in and walk through the process as we reflect on how we crafted our statement on a complex and controversial topic and share how this decision affected us personally.
