She has 20+ years of experience working in Corporate America as an individual contributor and people leader roles in the areas of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, large-scale talent acquisition, internship program management, and career coaching. Dameka has a BS in Business Management/HR from Depaul University Chicago and graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychological with an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
