Today’s guest is Don Spafford. He is a partner at Happy Camper Capital, a private equity firm and operations hub for outdoor hospitality properties.
He bought his first property, a four plex, in 2017. Then he began to scale into commercial real estate, including ground-up development projects, and joined Happy Camper Capital in 2021 where his team focuses on syndicating RV Resorts.
