Hymns are powerful for a reason and can even be likened to poetry when stripped of its accompanying melody.
These hymns serve to further reiterate the fact that we are clay, malleable in the Potter's hand. We can only reach our potential when we yield to Him.
I hope they inspire you, to walk with Him, to stay still and let Him have His way, just as they have inspired me.
