In this Special Edition episode Tom and Bert go through their childhood years of the early 1960's and discuss the JFK Camelot Years and the impact those years had on their young lives. 

This is Part 1 and mainly covers the pre-assassination era of the Kennedy presidency. Going through world events and crises that the US was embroiled in,  The Bay of Pigs and The Cuban Missile Crisis and standoff with Russia. 

They give their perspective on being young kids in school and how they were affected by the turmoil of those times. 

The Music was changing while the Politics and Social aspects of society were going through numerous changes that set the stage for future generations. 

Everything in our world came crashing down on November 22, 1963 when President Kennedy was assassinated. 

A few months later the Beatles came to America and more changes were coming in music and culture.
