What does the word loose mean to you? When I hear it I hear FREEDOM!! Freedom from all the heaviness that we gather in this world through life and circumstances. If it doesn't serve you it's actually counterproductive for you to continue to hold on to people, places, and or things. What are you a slave to ?? Anything that drives or influences you, owns you. Is it worth it? If not you can lose it & free yourself. Sometimes letting go of a thing seems impossible because you see it as a loss but what if its a gain?
