In this video we will meditate together in order to grow in mindfulness, understanding, wisdom, compassion and most importantly Love.
Breathwork or Pranayama which means control of the life force through the breath, can implore a variety of different breath retention and alternate nostril breathing techniques, to quite the mind and direct / open up energy in the psychic nerve channels throughout the body which prepares one for sustaining higher states of bliss and blown out connection to God (eventually :) ). Breathwork can in a matter of just a few minutes substantially quiet your mind, and is a great way to get into meditation.
