In this video we discuss the aura! Each living being has an aura, or subtle energy field in and surrounding it. The size, color and energy felt by an aura all determine how people feel around you, what energy is attracted into your life, and how far (and powerfully) your presence is felt.
The aura can be greatly strengthened through spiritual practices including kundalini yoga, meditation, magick, bhakti (devotional) yoga, mantra chanting and karma yoga (selfless service)
