Coaches always preach "it's not about how you start but how you finish"
Well I guess Eric took it to heart as he is currently a 5th year pro playing overseas, but he didn't make his high school team until 11th grade.
Most would say he wouldn't even play college ball with that start, let alone playing overseas. So it's interesting to hear how he developed and grew to be in his position now.
