I bring in Ashley to discuss our excitement for March Madness and highlight the increased attention on women's March Madness and the evolution of women's college basketball. We also touch on favorites and underdogs in the tournament and share a few biased bracket picks. 
Second half we discuss the pressure and expectations surrounding March Madness, particularly for Bronny James, the son of LeBron James, and the challenges of living up to famous parents. We explore the concept of pressure and how to deal with it in sports and life, finding your optimal zone of functioning and preparing for big moments like the tournament.
