Liudmila Schafer, MD coined the term Organic Bravery and on today's episode, she explains it to us. We discuss Dr. Schafer's insight and experience that sparked the term and the, BRAVE, model for coping with unexpected  situations. We also discuss the practical, BRAVE, tools and how they can be implemented on the individual, organizational and societal level.
