Description

"Losing Leah is too high a price to pay to not live the life that I was meant to live" was the message my guest, Nancy Loeffler, received two weeks after her daughter's sudden passing. At first, Nancy was unsure of how to digest this message let alone understanding its meaning. As she walked through her journey, she became to encounter different "gifts" that brought clarity to the message.

Join me as I chat with my guest, Nancy Loeffler (a Grief Journey Guide), who talks about her experiences with:

  1. Discovering the possibility to live a meaningful, purposeful, and joyful life after a devastating loss
  2. The grief journey being "transformational"
  3. The Samyama practice and how "present moment awareness" assisted her on her journey

If you're doubting the ability to find your way back (whatever that looks like) from the loss you are grieving, this episode is for you! You may even get the opportunity to engage in small exercise; encouraging you to being exploring present moment awareness.
