Impacts of social media come up A LOT - for a good reason. I mean social media arguably does play a massive role in our day-to-day (even if you don’t actively use it). We are living in a social media world, no doubt.
But in this episode, I’m taking this conversation somewhere I haven’t heard too many people take it - and that is exploring the benefits that social media has had on the motherhood experience. So often, we focus on the downfalls of raising kids and mothering in a social media era. But I recognize that in some ways, the world has changed for the better. I am sharing 3 positive impacts that social media has had for mothers (and myself, personally) with the hopes that we can all approach the conversation with a little more gratitude (even when a critical lens is still needed).
