As a human being, your behaviour is often ruled by your habits.
Whether you want to fight them or not, habits can be incredibly powerful.
Dictating your actions and thoughts devoid of your own conscious input.

The most successful change comes from putting yourself through some level of discomfort.
Change occurs with applying discipline.
Change inevitably unfolds with practicing consistency.
You must to be willing to relinquish some simple pleasures in life.
To discover the subsequent reward and benefit are truly worth the sacrifice in the end.

The best way to form new habits is through finding purpose, promise, planning and practice.
For example, we may want to make regular exercise a new habitual practice within your lifestyle.
And in turn we must find a way forward towards this endeavor.
That is both difficult enough (with the right amount of repetition) but also comfortable/feasible enough to keep going.
As well as finding balance with organisation/structure, level of effort and of course yet again - consistency.

For this week’s podcast/vlog, we’ll talk about how YOU can form new habits, implement self discipline, make rational choices towards your goals, practice repetition, preserver through discomfort.
And understand the importance of being patient with consistency and time to achieve your goals.

Remember:
“Forming good habits feels a bit like climbing a hill. You have to take the first step and make progress before you feel like you've arrived."
And you’re going to fall down plenty of times before you get to the top but you don’t get there any faster by giving up.
