I just completed a workout program called Sure Thing on the platform, BODi. It was 8 weeks long and focused on strength and endurance. I absolutely LOVED it and recommend it to anyone at any fitness level. This program focuses on the progress over the results. I go through today's episode and talk about the 5 things that I learned from this program. I feel like it is always important to evaluate and reflect after working so hard towards something that was challenging.
