I just finished reading the book, "That Sounds Fun" by Annie F Downs. In the beginning of the book she talks about taking chances on opportunities and being an amateur....not having it all together...and it being okay to not be professional. It resided with me so much about so many different areas in life that I wanted to share my thoughts on it. The world and social media has raised all these standards and expect us to have it all together and be a professional with whatever we do...and we simply need to give ourselves permission to be a beginner. Whether that is in our health, business, career, motherhood....whatever it may be!
