Vexev is a medtech company founded in 2014, which aims to change the management of vascular medicine from reactive to proactive. The company develops both hardware and software that focuses on vascular imaging and vascular monitoring. Vexev's hardware is an ultrasound imaging robot, which is fully automated, providing affordable, decentralised, high-quality non-invasive imaging. The software uses the imaging to create beyond the standard Doppler and B-mode ultrasound images, creating a 3D digital twin of the blood vessels. Further through continual imaging Vexev's software monitors the vessel flow, allowing for early detection of change that may signal disease. In 2021, Vexev launched its first clinical trials in vascular labs and dialysis providers. In this podcast, we discuss the company, industry, competitive landscape and strategies for growth.
