Description

Walks, as I like to call her,  one of my best friends ands and most definitely had the largest input into where I am today. In fact if it wasn't for Mel and her spin classes in Riverton, I wouldn't be where I am today with my fitness, business and goals. She has faced real hardships via her health, depression and physical injuries to get herself to where she is today.. which is full steam ahead to a full Ironman.
