We have to really acknowledge how we speak to people, especially in a gym setting. The best meaning of people can really get caught out with the way they say things. Remember the only people whom can give fitness advice to you, are qualified trainers. Well meaning advice is all well in good until it oversteps the line and in most cases, people won't even know they're overstepping. A quick podcast with a story to tell, why we never have permission to mention someone's weight unless invited nor can fitness programs or designed be given without medical history. Don't be THAT guy... please.
