Are you moving less than you realise? I hear it all the time, I'm struggling to fit exercise in or I can't seem to shift the last few kg..and always its sent with the "I don't have time or I'm so busy" slogan straight after.  And it's true, you likely are, but why are you moving less? Have your kids grown and you're no longer running after them? Have you given up sport due to injury? Do you no longer play team sports? Is your job sedentary now? Do you have a car now when you use to walk to work? No longer spending Saturday nights dancing?... lots of things can stall our movement.. it is up to us, to make sure we still get some form of movement in. Every day.
