Katie San Filippo is the CEO of ChickTech, a national nonprofit focused on broadening the pipeline of women and girls into technology and increasing the career retention of women.
With a lifelong passion and ongoing commitment to building community to bring about positive change locally and globally, Katie has continued a focus on empowering girls, women, and others of marginalized communities to achieve their full potential, and have the confidence to make the changes they wish to see in their lives and community through leadership and service learning.
