Happy New Year! It's with great anticipation that we unveil our words of the year. This is a tradition that started way back in 2023 on the Edge of the Sticker podcast, though it has much deeper roots than that. The WOTY is not a new year's resolution. It's more like a personal mission statement. Like setting an expectation or a standard for how we live our lives and the way we envision the year unfolding.
