Description

In most relay races, it's usually the runner on the final leg who gets the most glory. That's the runner who crosses the finish line  after either holding onto the lead built by the other runners or coming back from behind.  In life, though, we spend most of our time running those middle legs...the ones that position us to be able to cross the finish line at some point in the future.

In this podcast, we talk about running the race, how imposter syndrome creeps into our lives, and how time and experience changes attitudes about success.
