Bit of a personal one today, team! I’ve been having some conversations with friends about the roles our relationships play in our lives, and how I’ve noticed we often expect them to be everything, all at once. 

Consider this:

• Are you putting pressure on certain relationships to be more than they can be, realistically? 
• How would it feel to shift a need you have from one relationship to another? (For example, D&M’s about the role of relationships lol) 

I think it’s something worth pondering… and there’s a sense of freedom and ease in it.
