Revolution = a dramatic and wide-reaching change in conditions, attitudes, or operation.

I believe that building an embodied business is an act of revolution. In today’s episode I’m outlining why this is the case and touching on the ways embodied business is counter-cultural… in the best way.

In the first few minutes I’m also announcing a special new offer that I’ve created for 3 women business owners who desire to create a potent sales page that takes proven copywriting techniques and your body’s wisdom and alchemises it to create sales copy that attracts more of your dream clients. I couldn’t be more excited about introducing this new framework of mine!

Throughout the episode I’m exploring why I believe creating a business in an embodied way is a revolutionary act. We look at:

• Productivity and progress - which we’ve been conditioned to believe is the goal, and ‘normal’ - is sometimes counter to what your body wants, and / or your wisdom about what you really need to do.
• Following examples and experts (which is a normal part of creating something we haven’t done before - but others have) can smother our own wisdom and the way we want to do things.
• Honouring your body is likely not something you’ve been taught, much less see as a vital part of building your business
• Sometimes what we need is not more time… but better fuel. What do your body mind and spirit need? Being more embodied brings you closer to a genuinely helpful answer and follow up action that’s valuable.
• Why do we feel that in order to be ‘doing business right’ we have to be sitting at our desk between 9-5!? It's ambiguous, unnecessary and another way in which we get to create revolution… by working on our terms, in ways that honour our needs while also honouring the needs of the business.
• What is a successful business!? Conditioning will tell you what’s expected, but what if those things aren’t real success to you? Creating an embodied business is a revolution because it’s about doing what’s successful to you!
