On the podcast this time, Steven and Sean are sure as hell not engaging in any of the gross stuff shown in this movie. We watched the 2022 film from Olivia Wilde, Don’t Worry Darling.
It’s a movie like this that makes a person think that maybe all the technological advances we’ve experienced over the last couple decades were maybe a mistake. I love the medical advances, but everything else feels like it could be too much.
I sure as hell know that Alice in this film would probably agree. More to the point, she would probably also rightly insist that Jack had it coming. Let’s just say, no one’s going to be feeling bad over what happens to the men in this film.
Enjoy this fantastic listener-suggested film—thanks a bunch, 1833daddysdeadwhorses!—and the deep conversation it inspired!
