In this episode, I take advantage of being in Florida to find out more about this Ron DeSantis guy, who is quite likely to be a major factor in the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election... perhaps even the Republican nominee.
Dave Comberiate and I also discuss the election for Mayor of Jacksonville which is being held on March 21st. It's a more moderate city than most in this country, so the results will give us a useful data point on what the political climate in Florida is _really_ like now, without all the money that was dumped into DeSantis's re-election campaign in 2022.
