This topic has been on our heart for A WHILE. We have spoken about it during episodes, but have never dove deep into it until now...
Before we dive into it, let's be real. There IS a place for competition. We see it in sports. We see it on competition shows on TV. We enjoy watching it. We enjoy taking part in it. Competition CAN be fun...
However, we see it competition WAY TOO much in entrepreneurship.
We wholeheartedly believe that we are BETTER when we work COLLABORATE, rather than when we compete with one another. We wholeheartedly believe that we are BETTER when we work TOGETHER. We wholeheartedly believe that we are BETTER when we SUPPORT one another... EVEN IF that other person is IN OUR INDUSTRY.
We believe that there is room for all of us. We believe that even if YOU have something WE want, it doesn't mean that we can't support you... and it sure as hell doesn't mean that we can't also have that thing.
We are PASSIONATE about this topic. We dive DEEP into it why we believe so deeply in collaboration over competition.
We know that this episode might challenge you... it might even make you feel a little bit attacked by us. But we ASK you to be OPEN-MINDED to what we are TALKING about in this episode...
Because the more of us who start thinking in this way... this MORE permission we give to others to step into this mindset.
