Dovetailing off of the previous two-part episode that covered developing employee performance objectives, this episode details and discusses one form of the employee appraisal process.  Like Episode 6, this one begins with Stuart presenting the process in a step-by-step manner, with Rachel joining us at the 13:08 mark to take us on a deeper dive.
