From Servant to transformational to transactional to leadership by objectives, there is a seemingly endless array of leadership styles, each with a cadre of champions making their case for why their particular style is the most preferred.  Well, today we discuss Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II Model, which makes the argument that instead of attempting to find the one best style for all situations, leaders must be able to adapt to multiple styles for multiple situations.
