In this gentle guided meditation, I invite you to soften the walls around your heart and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives within you.
So often we move through life protecting ourselves, carrying tension, emotional armour, and stories that close us off from the deeper experience of love, presence, and connection.
This meditation is a space to pause.
To breathe.
To open.
Together we’ll explore the heart space through breath, awareness, and intention, allowing whatever is ready to soften and unfold naturally.
You may experience:
• a sense of emotional release
• deeper connection to yourself
• a feeling of warmth and openness in the heart
• greater capacity to give and receive love
There is nothing to force here.
Just an invitation to return to the heart and remember the depth that already lives within you.
Find a comfortable place, take a few slow breaths, and allow yourself to drop in.
