After years of chronic dieting and chronic stress, I had tanked my hormones and was borderline Hashimotos disease.
I had done so many extreme diets and weight cuts for fighting, along with chronic stress and consistently low sleep. This was a recipe for my body to completely shut down, gain weight and become very inflamed. I had no energy and could not lose weight no matter what I tried.
