The SSE Airtricity League returns this Friday for the start of the 2017 season and that means the Extratime.ie Sportscast is back! We have a new presenter this week as Dave Donnelly switches from the panellist chair to the main hot seat. Our first guest of 2017 is current MLS Referee of the Year and former League of Ireland official Alan Kelly. Kelly talks about his move to the states, video technology in football and supporting League of Ireland from a far. Galway United manager Shane Keegan is our second guest on the Sportscast this week as he talks about his move from Wexford Youths to Galway United and how the local Galway community will play a key role in the success and growth of the club. ExtraTime.ie reporter Gareth O’Reilly is also in studio to preview the start of the league season.
