Michael Streda is the founder of the Sacred Playground and Beach Dog Cafe here in Nosara, Costa Rica.
In this episode, we dig into his journey with plant medicine, why he chose to leave Canada and move down here about 10 years ago, and how he found his way into creating a beautiful retreat center.
Michael shares a lot from his own journey of doing the inner work over the years, as well as some beautiful stories about some psychedelic experiences he was lucky enough to share with some of his family and the healing that came through that.
We also talk about cannabis (and enjoy some) and the role it's played in his journey as well, including how it helped both of us connect with family more deeply
Warning, as it often does here in Costa Rica, we had a bit of rain come down in the second half, which created a bit of background noise, but it doesn't last too long.
