Traver Boehm is the author of Today I Rise, and Man UNcivilized. He’s a two-time TEDx speaker, men’s coach and the founder of the UNcivilized Men’s Movement. This movement is radically redefining the way men around the globe experience their masculinity by uniquely blending both primal elements of manhood with massive doses of consciousness. His goal is to end the suffering in men and to end the suffering caused by men.
We had a great chat and dug into all sorts of epic challenges Traver has taken on in life, including volunteering with the dying as a hospice worker and meditating for 28 days straight in complete isolation and pitch-black darkness in a Guatemalan hut, which were both parts of a 12-month project he took on to live as if it were his last year on earth!
